Working with Dr Holland has been such an enjoyable and rewarding journey. Over the past couple of years, he has provided essential support and guidance in vital areas of my academic studies at a Russell Group university including organisation, time management and structure – permanently altering my approach to all these areas for the best. Dr Holland's methodical yet personalised approach distinguishes his practice, going above and beyond – not only beginning each session with clearly articulated objectives asking what my aims were, ensuring specialised support to meet those goals, but doing so with a light hearted, humorous approach which made each session a pleasure to attend. The one-to-one meetings with Dr Holland have been absolutely transformative, challenging my mindset through evidence-based techniques which has extended to all aspects of my life. I am extremely grateful that I have been able to work with Dr Holland throughout the pivotal years of my undergraduate degree and foundational years of my early adult life – I know the fundamental strategies and techniques I have learnt will be carried on into my professional endeavours too.
Marketing Executive
Before my sessions with Paul, I faced challenges but had no clear guidance on how to tackle them. I struggled with my role as a leader, often leading with insecurities and impacting negatively those around me. Managing my ADHD added to my daily frustrations, making it difficult to stay focused and composed, which in turn affected my relationships with my peers. I knew I wanted to improve, but I did not know where to start.
Today, thanks in part to my sessions with Paul, I feel much closer to becoming the leader I aspire to be. His guidance has helped me develop the tools and mindset needed to navigate challenges with clarity and empathy. Looking back, I can see how crucial these sessions have been in my transformation, shaping the way I approach my professional life and its inevitable impact on my personal life.

Paul's ADHD coaching was a game changer for me. It helped me get organised, build a routine, especially improving my sleep schedule and strengthen my executive functioning skills. What I appreciated most was Paul's approach to tackling procrastination. Instead of a one size fits all method, he adapted his strategies to fit my needs and reworked them if I needed a different approach. His kindness, attentiveness and commitment to my progress made all the difference on my journey of working with my ADHD. I have tried many other solutions but this was by far the most helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective and personalised support.
Psychologist
Paul is an incredible ADHD coach. Over the two years we worked together, his clear, tailored strategies and genuine understanding helped me overcome challenges in academia and successfully complete my PhD. His support and kindness truly made a difference in my journey, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I was really struggling to manage large workloads before I started working with Paul. He taught me some simple techniques to break down tasks into manageable chunks, which completely changed the way I work. I am still using these techniques years later and a significant part of the success I have enjoyed is thanks to Paul. I thoroughly recommend him!
Journalist
Support from Paul Holland has helped both me and my daughter at different stages of our lives; he has gently guided and nudged us towards better organisational skills, breaking down tasks into more manageable bite-sizes, helping us sit with discomfort to head off procrastination and avoidance. Paul is incredibly patient and understanding, a voice of calm and clarity which we channel when in need! Delighted to have found him.

Part-time supply teacher/teaching assistant
I have inattentive ADHD so I have always struggled to pay attention not only in educational settings but also when speaking to people on a 1 on 1 basis. This often has led to me becoming stressed which has sometimes had a knock-on effect to my epilepsy causing me to have mini seizures called absences. This has resulted in me leaving school early and/or not even going in, meaning I missed valuable time and information at school. In school the main support I received was teachers being less critical of me after I got diagnosed, but no one explained to me my condition and how it can affect not only school work but also my social life until I spoke to Paul. After the conversations I have had with Paul I have a better understanding of my struggles and that these difficulties I face are not all my own making but due to my condition which has made me feel better. He also explained things using graphs which helped a lot due to me being a visual learner and helped me get into the habit of putting all important events onto my calendar on my phone resulting in me being more organised. He also coached me around my undergraduate dissertation which made things a lot easier. I and my mum have already made recommendations to friends who have family members with a more complex situation than myself and from what I have heard he has also been very helpful in their situation as well. To summarise, Paul has a good understanding of ADHD and is very good at helping people understand it themselves, feel better and improve their quality of life.
Occupational Therapist
As someone who is neurodivergent, I have always struggled with executive dysfunction and burnout.
The sessions with Paul started with an assessment of my executive function challenges which allowed for a tailored approach to the coaching. Paul was approachable and empathetic and created a supportive and judgment-free environment.
Thanks to his support, I have noticed a significant reduction in burnout and overwhelm. I now have a much better work life balance.
Wholeheartedly recommend.

Hi Paul, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your support. Your down-to-earth and accessible approach made everything feel so relatable and genuinely helpful. Working with you, I have been able to navigate so many challenges related to ADHD behaviours, frustrations, and avoidance patterns. The practical solutions we implemented, along with the awareness strategies we discussed, have really helped me recognise when to step back and avoid emotional distress that was not serving me or my business. I am so grateful for your guidance—it has made a real difference!
